Custom Masks Anyone

Does anyone make custom masks? I need one made up for a 1/24th scale car. I know it's not R/C related, but you guys are some of the best I've seen, and I definitely can't do this one. I know it's a bad picture, but I'm looking for something along the lines of what's on the hood
