Florida people please help

I just got ripped on ebay buy some dude in (Palm coast , Florida)Name is L Russell goes by ffahobbies on ebay . I bought a motor with paypal and then contacted seller by email and he said it was shipping today which was on the 25th of april and now he wont return any emails , anybody have any suggestions?

How do you know you're ripped yet? People miss appointments, don't get to stuff, it could all be well. First thing you do before freaking out is, if you don't already have his phone number, look him up here (http://search.ebay.com/ws/search/AdvSearch?sofindtype=8) and give him a phone call. Be polite and courteous, or you'll never see your stuff. :D

Nine times out of ten someone just hasn't gotten to it yet. You're dealing with ordinary people, not store owners.
