I was looking at the Tamiya TB-EVO-4 and the TRF415-MS
All I can say is WOW very nice looking car. It Makes my RS4 look like a piece of crap.
One thing I noticed is the cost. It Cost more than a Nitro Car.
Is the Price worth it? Your looking at $500.00 just for the car and nothing else.
Does anyone own one of thease cars?
Tell me what you think of them?

If you are getting the EVO4, I suggest you to get the EVO4 MS. It's the same car but the MS has upgrades on. If you are racing outdoors, the EVO4 or the EVO4 MS will be better because Shaft driven cars will not collect rocks or pebbles like the 415. Belt driven cars don't like pebbles or rocks. I have a EVO4 and it's a fast car.

The 415 can still do the job on a prepped surface, any moron running a 500 dollar car on an unprepped surface is asking for a beating... the evo can still get tiny grains into the gears, so any open gear car is most likely to attract one or a few...

$500?? www.ultimatehobbies.com
If you want arguably the best touring car on the planet, the 415 is your ride. I haven't hear great things about the EVO that makes it surpass the 415. Granted, both are very expensive - you need to evaluate your needs (ego partially aside) and think about how involved you want to become in racing.
Good luck - like you I can't keep my eyes off the TAMIYA tourers.
