View Full Version : Cheap Loose Cells?
Anyone have an idea where to get real cheap unmatched cells? I have to build a few new packs and i dont race so no sense spending a bundle but i do want a little performance.
Does anyone sell preassembled 3x3 packs that'll fit in a Losi Streetweapon?

Stab,
I'm new to RCZone but I've been into electric RC for a while now. My friends and I have very good luck at www.cheapbatterypacks.com I find them to be a great value!

If you have a good quality soldering iron that is the least of your problems in assembling loose cells.
Since you interests is not to race there are still other companies that may have cells (packs) in a price range you need. Check out Tower or Stormer Hobbies for the brands of batteries they carry. Check out some of the matching companies like SMC, Pro Match batteries (secure online ordering) with cells available in several grades and prices plus bulk cells in 12 or 24 (89.99) and they sell them in loose or assembled or matched stick packs (which can be reconfigured in saddle or side by side (inline). The is also Fusion Power that sells loose or assembled match cells or matched single, Max Amps, Power Push and many more including Integy. The thing you will most concerned with is finding the cell you need and the price you want to pay. Since you don't need the high runtime/ voltage cells that will be a big savings in price.

Stab - Take a look at these (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5974909595&ssPageName=ADME:B:LC:US:1) bulk 3300s. Looks like what you may be looking for.

Yes, bulk sets of cells are an excellent value and give respectable numbers as well.
