EDITED DUE TO RESOLUTION: The story goes my order wasnt shipped for 8 days and I wasn't notified, we called, got hung up on by a very rude customer service tec.

Heres an update:

I am sorry to here about the way you were treated when you contacted us. I have terminated Stacies employment as soon as I found out what had happened to you. There is no excuse for this type of behavior and we do not tolerate this kind of attitude here at Panther. We also appologize for the delay in your order. It has been shipped today Postel Express and you will not be charged for the order due to the way you were treated.
