buying a xxx-s rtr,question on parts

moving from my beloved xxxt ive had for 4 years to a xxx-s rtr2.cal tran took away our home made offraod track,theres only 1 outta 6 lhs that rarely holds offroad races and its the farthest.so since my street tires been getting more miles i think ill buy a xxx-s.

im a lil worried though about the molded outdrives driving steel cvd's.what kinda wear is that going to hold?is there steel outdrives for the xxx-s?or what about outdrive savers? how come i cant seem to find yellow dished rims for the xxxs?

for the rim issue, the XXX-s can use both losi specific and standard hex sizes, so if you can find a set of standard hex rims in the pattern and color you want you will be all set.
