it seems to me, that Your not looking for charger but great power suply (one with 7,2V output, and couple of 12V outlets, i believe it can be done, and it wouldnt be very hard, one thing that might be hard is packing such high amperage (it would require high Amp rating to power everything at once) in small package

Bulldog 30A power supply. It's big and heavy but will pump out 12V 30A all day. I run my starter box with it and turn over a 0.40 4-stroke. If you want different voltages, you'll need to come up with a converter box with coils and such. I dunno, I'm mechanical electrons confuse me.

The Rivergate Power supplies should have a model that suits your needs there are 15, 30, 45, 70 and 90 amp models with a new 30model that has a 5volt adjustable tap. The newer Bulldog models are 13 volts output or 14 volts if you lead the bypass plug in. The regular 30 or 45amp would be sufficient just install a 5/16 rod in the output jacks and clip the equipment to it - you would need a voltage diode(s) or switch to drop voltage from 13 to 5volts. check out Rivergate PS (www.rivergatedist.com) for prices, features and different models. You can get them direct, thru tower and Stormer Hobbies. Send them an email on questions you may have, they have been good (in my case) in getting back to you. I had an old 45amp Power Source that finally went, they offered to replace it at cost + shipping if I sent in the old one.
The other is to use an old PC power supply routing the wiring to give the necessary voltage and amperage, tailor it to suit your needs.

Yeah, go to www.xoxide.com and look at PSU's (power supply units) they have a couple for 30 bucks that have huge wattage, and if you knew what to do you could make one bad charger.
