I never gave much attention to tuning my motors until recently. I tended to just change the timing every now and then. Recently I put my friends Orion Core stock motor into my old d-5 can with a purple spring on the + and a green on the - set at 20 dgrees of timing. This motor awoke compared to what it was before. He went out of town and I had it waiting for him when he got back, he was astonished at the amount of all around power this thing is making now.
So tell me some more stock/cheap comms that benefit from this the most. I had one else (I think a 19 turn spec) that I had put in ths same can with purple/purple springs and 25 degrees of timing (which Im sure is not the best setup) and it was pulling wheelies in my xxx-t!
They should create a tuner class where the comms all have to be the same but anything else goes. If they don't already.
