I was planning on getting a Lynx 3D, but budget cuts forced me to look at my actual needs. I want an FM radio with throttle EPA, and steering dual rate, with a good price tag. The 2PEKA caught my attention, and I'm considering getting the radio. I have about 150 to spend, but since I'm jobless, and therefore have limited income (sweet 16 my butt, lol) I need to keep a little extra for other things. The 2PEKA is about $120 at my LHS. Any option?

J - it's an excellent radio for the money. It may not have the model memory and other secondary features, but when the rubber hits the road and you need a radio that's going to work all the time, the 2PEKA is a good choice.

Thanks Steve. I won't need memory anyways, I only have the money for one system, and that means ONE reciever. Im buying it as soon as I can.

I know, but I want an FM, and the XR3 is $169. That was the first radio I looked at.
