I was woundering, how many of you have two cars....like one for qualifying and one for the real race?
Whats the diff between your qualifying car and your race car?
The reason i ask is i was reading something were the qualifying car has all the tricked out stuff like Ti. and so on so they can get a good spot at the A-Main (1st or 2nd) Then the real race car that runs in the main has the bad boy motor without the Ti. hop-ups and stuff like that. Im sure you can figure it out.

It's very rare that racers will use one car for qualifying and another for the main. Racers tweak on their cars all the way through practice and the mains. You can't just transfer that set-up to another car, because no two are alike.
Not to say it doesn't happen, but it's very rare.

I use 2 cars. I use one for longer, less turn tracks, where more speed is needed. This car has less toe and less camber, and a 2 speed. My other is for tracks with more turns, it has stiff suspension, more camber and toe, a 1 speed tranny, and ball diffs. It just saves time tuning, and if u break a part, and dont have a replacement hanedy, u can get by with the other car.

I have a XXcr KE and a XXX. My XXX is used strictly for indoor use. I use my XXcr for outdoor racing and back yard bashing. I have tried driving 2 cars in the same practice day, both were XXX and I couldnt get one to feel right.

I think he means a seperate car for qualifying and one for the main on the
same track. Not two cars that are used on different types of tracks. You still use one car throughout the entire race
