View Full Version : 1st Airbrush Job on MT2 Body

Well, here is my first go at it. Havent really played much with an airbrush other than reading and watching different vids. I definately have some lessons learned, and hope that by my next couple of bodies I have most of the basic flaws worked out.

Looks good. I'm still learning how to use my airbrush and everybody I learn something new.

SWEET.... It feels good to get the first one out of the way. I like the flames did you hand cut them?

Yes, the flames were hand cut. No mask!!

Nice.. i liked the colors that you used.. but next time try making shadows around the flames.. makes them stand out more..

Hey Silent, Can you elaborate some more for me. I havent really played much, but would definately like to know some different techniques that make things looks better..

To tell you the truth.. I have never painted a body. But I know a few tricks. The shadowing technique works really good.

In this body... although not flames.. see how he has painted black on the edge of the designs to make it have a shadow? This works really well and makes the flames stand out better.

BTW This body was painted by my homie, Hachi Roku.. awesome job dude! :D
