Anyone know how to do an mpeg?

I want to video my car and upload it so you guys can see it run..anyone know how to get it from the camcorder to the web? Ive got a website to put it on I just dont know exactly how. Can someone help please? :)

Well, I have a All in wonder Radeon and all you have to do is plug your camcorder into the video in. And D/L it on you computer. Depends on what kinda video card i guess.

B3s right, basically, you need to have something with an encoder card and the RCA inputs to run from the camcorder to the video card. Several companies make the cards, but the All In Wonder by ATI is my personal favorite.
