MIP is GREAT

I got a set of center E-Maxx CVDs from a closing hobby shop. by the way of a trade. Well to say one bone was for a T-Maxx. So I called MIP told them my story thay are sending me the right bone no charge and I don,t have to send to other bone back.Great people is all I can say!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) :) :)

I found out after MIP sent me the bone that I did not have MIP CVDs.So I called them back and told them what happened and said I will send back the bone thay sent me.Thay said that was ok.So I said as a joke that all I need now is the rest of there parts I would have a full set. Today the ups man stops at my house with a package from MIP with a FULL set of MIP center CVDs for my E-Maxx!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! free of charge.... All I can say MIP is the best after market people out there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That was cool of them to do that...they are much better than Integy when it comes to stuff like that...I had some problems with a couple of Integy products and when I contacted them about they said if I were smart enough to read their warranty then I would know these parts wouldn't be covered if they were on the truck and the truck was running...needless to say I ended up arguing with the dude for a couple of days back and forth and they never done anything about it,so now I boycott all Integy products.But i have dealt with MIP and love their customer service....

Yes! I did call and thank them and told them about my post too.Plus I don,t like to put stickers on my trucks BUT Thay all have MIP stickers on them now!!! If thay have a MIP part on them or not.......
