Not much info yet guys. "The Havoc Truck, there was great interest in this brand new car 2WD, 3 Speed, .28 Engine!!!" says Schumacher.

Still more from Nuremburg (which I probably just spelled wrong...)

And a suspension shot. "All new suspension for the Havoc...incredibly strong!!" sez Schooey.

Hmmm. It isn't doing anything for me. It looks kinda cobbled together in a way. Maybe it's just me...

2WD, a .28 engine and a 3-speed?! That's gonna be uncontrollable, surely. But then again it is called the Havoc, and the suspension looks nice and long-travel :) . The bodyshell isn't right tho, why is there an ST body on there, lol!
It doesn't really grab me, I think it looks a bit hashed together too, but might look better with the right sort of shell on, at least.

It might not be done yet guys, so let's reserve final judgement. But by all means, weigh in on the pics, I'm sure the Schumacher guys appreciate the imput!

I don't mean to bash it in any way...if it's built by Schumacher, it'll most likely be a quality piece of kit. It just looks a bit 'odd' at the minute. But new suspension looks like a definite improvement over the Menace. :)

2wd, high suspension, and rear set equipment looks like a wheelie machine. I used to have an old stampede which would wheely all over the place and it was pretty cool. If thats the case, they should throw on a wheely bar of some sort.

Gotta love the 3 speed, big motor in a 10th scale combination. Schumacher seems to have a hold on that segment.

Nothing looks bad to me. The shocks are mounted in a very progressive rate angle, which usually makes for a good basher. Probably going to be a lot of fun.

I'm not exactly sold on the "Schumacher quality" myself. The Menace isn't so much a quality piece of kit as much as it's a piece of... well... it could have been much better. Hopefully this time they'll use plastic arms that can take some off road use and abuse.

I feel bad for that 3 speed to have to suffer that abuse! Don't you think they should have a cover over that thing?

Strap a single speed with slipper on there, Then use a steel chassis from the old desert storm trucks and it could be a winner.

But then why bother? The appeal of the truck is the 3 speed. Ok, the big engine is appealing too. Of course, you could always put a big engine on a RC10GT and get pretty much the same thing.

I thought this truck used monster wheels? If not you pretty much 100% right B!!.Sounds like your fed up with your menace, are you going to be dropping it from your truck lineup?Or mabey You got something insane planned for it on the dvd(yes I know im hoping for allot)

It's a 1/10 scale truck and I thought those tires looked very similar to Masher 2000s. It's pretty much a GT with a big engine and 3 gears. I've been fed up with my Menace for a long time, yet I keep fixing it. The speed is addicting. I was just working on it last night, as a matter of fact, and wasting a lot of breath swearing at it too. :)

It needs a front chassis brace. Yes, I know it's a proto.

the body needs to be a lil bigger. Looks a lil to small on there.

What exactly is the goal of this truck?

Is it a basher or a racer?
Is it an ST or an MT?
Is it 1/10th or 1/8th?

Im assuming its a big 1/10th Basher ST.
But why? Why not just make it an MT?
And why 2wd on a basher?

Im also really not liking that exhaust and that "rollbar" couldnt stop a falling tick.

I know, I'm being harsh =P
There are some nice elements of the design. I like the chassis. I like the suspension. I like the wrap-around exhaust (although the dual exit has got to go). And, of course, I love the huge motor and the 3 speed =P

I also think it should really be 4wd if it's supposed to be a rough-terrain basher.
On rough terrain I'd rather have an MT, and on less-than-rough terrain, I'd rather have my MT2.

I think this truck needs more direction. But hey, it is just a proto. Maybe this will turn into an outlaw racer. Altough, you would be hard-pressed to find anywhere to race a .28 3-Speed ST.

2wd with that much power. Im guessing hard to control.

According to the spokesman from Schumacher at the Toyfair @ Nürnberg this car is "going to give the word 'funracer' a whole new dimension".....

B!!!

A dimension where the truck reaches you before the sound does. :)

"A dimension where the truck reaches you before the sound does."

That's this dimension. You just have to go 340 m/s =D

looks like the first bad crash will bend the thing right in half,There doesnt look like theres much in the way of chassis braces or top deck. I feel a machine of that speed should have a chassis that would withstand a high speed crash , that front end would most probily break off.I feel that this truck would cause to much wallet stress for the buyer. schumacher i feel uve got a baden here

"to much wallet stress for the buyer"
