I have been into R/C for about a year now and this year i hope to purchase my very first truck, HPI Nitro RS4 MT. I want to hop up to everything that is on the MT Racer eventually. I read through the MT's page and i found that HPI doesnt recomend any hop up parts from 3rd party manufactors. I found some really nice parts at RS4 MT Hop Ups (http://www.powerlineracing.com/nmt.htm) and i want to purchase somr of them but I dont want to use anything the HPI doesn't recomend. WHAT SHOULD I DO? PLEASE HELP!

DO NOT BUY POWERLINE. i bought a set of t-maxx steering knuckles off of them. and one was defective. they said to mail it back to them and they would send me a new one. i did that over two months ago and no new part. iv been e-mailing them asking them politly whats going on with no answer.

DONT BUY FROM THEM!

Yes, I bought some Powerline Aluminum steering Bellcranks for my E-Maxx and they were defective. I had to shave my post down about 1/6th of the post. Then I had to buy longer screws and they still didn't work.

Buy your stuff from www.hobbyetc.com (http://www.hobbyetc.com) or www.ahc1931.com. (http://www.ahc1931.com.) I've had excellent success with all of their products and currently have a bunch of stuff for my new Nitro MT just waiting to be installed. Don't really know why HPI would say something like that.
