How do I get in?

Every time I try to register, it says-Sorry but the server is not accepting new accounts, try again later.

It says this everytime! Unless I have an account and I forgot it (user id and password)

Can anyone help?
Does this mean that RCCA chat is not accepting new accounts or is it my system?? :confused:
