aluminum Clamping Hex Hubs for 1/10 sedan.

I just got a xxxs and want some aluminum Clamping Hex Hubs. Witch ones/ brands are working well?

I know HPI makes some that seem to be pretty good quality. You can check those out. :)

Tamiya makes clamping hubs too... 6mm and 4mm... ;)

Can someone tell me what wheel & Tire combo works for them? I will be racing on an outside asphalt track sprayed with rootbeer. Surface temp of about 90 degrees. I like the though of running the pre-mounted take off tires but would like to know of other options.

I run the ones from AE on my TC4 (6mm) with CS 27's. They work great and it allows you to clamp the wheel nuts onto the hub and not even bind on the drivetrain one bit.

Yeh the pre-mouted CS 27's are great for my track and for under $40 no a bad deal at all.

I am about 80% sure you will get the dish rims. I ordered spoke and got dish. But to tell you the truth the dish rims are better and I think they don't make the spoked rims anymore.
