integy team alignment tool

I just layed out the coin on a integy alignment tool. I look forward to not being able to blame my lack of tuning on loosing races. However, can anyone point me to a place where I can find information on setup tips of other racers, ie what all of the measurements mean? Any help will be greatly appreciated. :confused:
