Hey there...
I'm just getting back into this scene and i was wondering what is the best gas powered car for between $200.00 and $700.00? I want to be able to place awesome bodies on it too like the Integra Type R, NSX, Civic, BMW.. all the really cool bodies, well the ones that are cool to me. Anyways... can you guys/gals help me out?
Is it better to have a 1/8 vehicle or 1/10?
what is a better brand of engine?
what should i look for in an engine?
im new and i want to learn so help me out please 80)

Super nitro is 20% bigger. But if you want the best go with the Serpent Impulse, at about $450, it's worth every dollar. http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/cool.gif

The "Super" in Super Nitro RS4 means the whole car is 20% bigger, not just the engine. I just thought I'd make sure the message was clear.

So where do i get the Serpent Impulse? do they sell that at tower hobbies too? i was just looking and it doesn't seem to know what im talking about. what company is it? I really want a car that can hold a .21 engine for more speed/power. i have to get a 1/10 to house that though and that exactly what i want. help me out.

If you want to use a touring car body such as BMW, Civic, etc. you might have to buy a 1/10 touring car and serpent impulse is the best one.

The Serpent is good but it is an old car now since it was releassed in '99...the Mugen MTX is a more pro car...and it accepts a lot of wheels that the serpent can't due to large carriers...Although if you wait a little longer you may get yourself a Kyosho V-One R...looks awesome...I'll waiting for this one...

if you want the best of both worlds get the hpi super nitro rally it can go on and offroad and as everyone knows hpi makes the best looking bodies around
and it can be moded to take a .21
