if i buy the paasche vl will this work using this adapter http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXDD45&P=M and these cans http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXDD32&P=0 im gonna get a compressor later but this will have to do for now

Yes, they will work. I would really recommend an air compressor if you can afford one. I've tried propellant cans, and after a minute or so of spraying, the can is frozen, and the pressure drops off to almost nothing. Then you have to wait until the can warms up enough to start spraying again. :(

a way my cousin found to make the air cans work better was to soak them in warm water for about 20 minutes right before use. he claim's it helps prevent (or should i say slow's down) the can from freezing up and loosing pressure.
