Problem with my Mega 2 charger Please Help

I was just given a used Mega 2 charger by my sisters boy friend. When I discharge, it works fine, but IT WON'T CHARGE! I don't know if there is no output at all or if the meter doesnt work. Please help!

if you have access to a multimeter for DVO it can be checked pretty easy....

set the meter to read DC voltage in a range of 0-10 volts.....

check the voltage of one of your dead batteries..... then hook the battery up and start charging and take a reading with it on the charger...

if the voltage reads higher while on the charger, then it is charging.... if it reads the same, then the charger is dead.....
