Its a japanese thing ^_^ those stickers are used on the S15, yokomo makes those for their drift cars...

To elaborate more for TRF, the "goofy" face is the logo for GRP (Genki Racing Project) which is a company that makes quite possibly the best racing games out there. They made Wangan Midnight and Maximum Tune, Kaido Battle 1 & 2, and Tokyo Xtreme Racer series (Shutoko Battle). The logos that wing added as a touch up is the logo for Shutoko Battle 0 or what North America calls Tokyo Xtreme Racer Zero for the PS2.

Clean car wing. Those decals would look so cool on an Altezza since HKS retired the S15. :(
