If you have a dremel, try to grind a small groove in the screw, once it's deep enough, you should be able to get a small flat blade screwdriver in there to get it out.

You can try using the next biggest size of driver or super glue it to the screw to get it out. Hopes this helps. ;)

rolo, i head a problem like this before. My screw got stripped out on my motor. ou know the one that hols the motor to the motor mount.

What i did, was i took my Cordless screw driver, i got a drill bit with a hexagon base so it just slid into the cordless screw dirver and slowley and carelyy drilled it until it just came apart.

Good luck.

You know, Craftsman actually makes some stripped screw removers. You use them with your cordless drill running in reverse.

Did you strip the screw clean? Did you do it with a ball-head allen, or a regular head? If you only PARTIALLY stripped the screw with a BALL-HEX driver, use a regular driver, and the screw should come out.

Solder your screwdriver to the screw, unsolder, then use a solder braid or vacuum to remove the solder.
