I would like to get started in elec raceing 6 cel ? what hull & setup car motor hardware etc V hull prefered i have an oppen mind (a hole in my head)

check out blew by you racing or climate models. they both have good stuff and the prices are good. the most expensive part is getting batteries and chargers etc. 6 cell vees can be relatively cheap to build if you do it right. look at fuller's hardware. trinity and reedy car motors can be had for a good price if you go to tower hobbies. whatever you go with, i'd recommend a surface piercing setup and wire drive. that's my 2 cents.

6 cell setups are a low initial setup cost but the maintenance costs will start to add up. You will need com lathes, have to replace brushes. Rebuild motors. Look into a 12 cell 700 setup. I have 700 motors in my boats that are 5 years old and still perform like they were new.
