i need some help bout radio's

ok would an AM radio work well on a gas car. because i wanna get a gas car but i dont wanna spend another 80-100 bucks on an FM radio.

AM radios will work just fine. The only didderence you will notice is sometimes when you're racing with several others it will minorly glitch once in a while. You might also have a slightly shorter range but they work just fine.

well puller my t3 breaks everytime i get the dang thing on the dirt. ive had so many problems with it that i almost wanna scrap it but then i realize that maybe i jus biult it bad with a lot of defects.(after all i did mail order it from tower hobbies)
