on most rc boats all the elctronics are in the water prrof radio box..and the villain doesnt have one so i was thinking about making one out of some clear plastic. I was wondering if the speed control should go in there also or will it get to hot?
and what type of glue should i use to glue a clear plastic together?

Most modern FE boats do not have separate radio boxes. As long as the hull doesn't leak excessively, the radio box just takes up room and adds complexity. Put the receiver in a balloon, put a piece of paper towel in the bottom of the boat, tape the hatch down carefully and in most cases that's enough. If the boat leaks much water it is far better to cure the leak than to add a box for the radio. ;)
OTOH if you just have to make a box, use wood and CA glue. Waterproof the wood with thin CA or any spray paint. Epoxy the box to the bottom of the hull, but have holes for the wiring already drilled. Have fun threading the wires through the holes and then sealing them! I gave up on sealed radio boxes about ten years ago.
