There is no esc. I can't seem to find a replacement. What if I drive this without the esc? BTW, isn't the esc the reversing feature? And what do you think of this car?

Where can i get an esc? I checked several hobby stores but could'nt find one. BTW, is it hard to change the belts? And how do you install new motors on these elctric cars? Thanks a million ;)

Think of the ESC as the gas pedal on the car. Without it you aren't going anywhere. It's what regulates the voltage going from the battery to the motor. Can't drive without one.

ANY esc will do. The stock ESC has a 20 or 19 turn limit IIRC. So just look for one that's about the same in your price range. Shouldn't be over 30-40 dollars out the door.

If you can use a screwdriver you can replace the belts in about a half hour or so. Not difficult at all.
