We are hosting the NORRCA TEXAS STATE OFFROAD CHAMPIONSHIP at HURRICANE R/C RACEWAY Rockport Tx. Flyers can be found at www.groundspeedweb.com (http://www.groundspeedweb.com) they have signup form and info. The date is Nov. 4th & 5th. The track is 175 x 80 and the layout for the race will be totally new, about 650 ft per lap w/2 tabletops,1 quad jump, 1 large jump into the chilibowl and 1 large one out, 1 double,1 single,1 staggered triple,6-8 whooptdoos, moguls and a 175 ft straight. So far we have no Team Drivers registered but we have doorprizes from Associated, Kimbrough, Proline, MIP, Rick's R/C Cars and Ben's R/C Hobbies and non rc sponsors- Interstate Batteries,Rollin's Truck Rental, Best Western, Andrews Distributing, GCR Tire, Donavan Marine and many more local businesses.
