Well I think the Pede is designed more for what youre looking for. Where as the Rustler is more of an entry level Stadium truck. The Pedes bigger tyres and higher ground clearance will be a great advantage when bashing.

yea go with the Epede. you can pull wheelies and its RWD so you can climb pretty well too. if you want a really good EMT i would go with the E-maxx. they are prety pricey but they have tons of aftermarket hop-ups parts. if te E-maxx isn't in your budget just go with the Epede. its a nice MT. i would buy the one with the ESC though. alot more reliable and this way you have brakes. the MSC just uses reverse for braking. so definitely go with the Electric Stampede that was an Electronic Speed Control. good luck and post pics when you get it!

well i just talked to a guy and his son at my local slot car track and im selling all my slot car stuff to him for $100 so that should help me get the truck faster. o and even though i have enough to get the ready to run im still gonna get the kit and the futaba magnum sport because i heard the traxxas controller feels cheesey and it has no charge jack. well when i get it ill post pics and thanks for your help.

I would go for bearings, just for the fact of run times and maintance etc. I thought the pede came with bearings anyway?? I could be wrong, for a change ;)
