In the chat several people asked me to find out when the XSpeed motor will be available. Here's the info.

The motor Item # KYOC4586 MZW-8V XSPEED MINI-Z MOTOR V Retail 27.99 is due in stock September 22nd.

Hey Greg - Thanks for the post. I went to Tower Hobbies web site and they said the X-Speed will be available in late october. Should I cancel my order through Tower Hobbies and order it through my local hobby shop ?

lil- I got the available date from Great Planes. Tower is the retail store for GP. If GP has it than Tower has it. You might want to check with Tower again. Your local hobby store won't be able to get the motor before Tower. But if you want to support your LHS go ahaead and order through them.

Greg - Thanks for the info. I called Tower Hobbies and asked for the stock status on the X-speed motor and they still said late October. Maybe the guy you spoke to ment to say October 22 ? Tower part number and product discription is...
