dual motors

hello all, just want to make sure i do this right. when i put my front and rear motors in my clod rock crawler which one goes where? does the forward rotation go to the back or does the reverse rotation go to the back? kinda confused.

I've owned a Clod for over 15 years, so you'd think I could remember this, and the difference between 'parallel' and 'series' when using dual batteries, but I can't for the life of me.

I think the REAR motor is one that is reversed.
