Welcome aboard hunta!
You can turn the engine over by hand, correct? If not you may have a mechanical problem. It's OK to be hard to turn at top dead center (that's compression) but it should still turn over.
Try
1. Heat the cylinder head area with a hair dryer or heat gun, then
2. Loosen the glow plug just a little to allow some of the compression out just to get it started, then immediately after it starts tighten it right back down.

I would try this because you may of flooded your engine
1.take out the glowplug
2.turn your engine over with your stater box
3.fuel will sqirt out
4.replace your glowplug
5.now try starting your engine
Is your glowplug the 1 which came with the car or is it an after market 1?
if its an aftermarket 1 the thread maybe to long therefor the piston top will be catching on the bottom of the thread

Sorry, this could never happen on any engine, with any glow plug, for any reason. Even a long plug in a short-plug engine.
