I didn't mean to offend you by my post man. Its just an opinion. I just
dont like how the XXX-Ts rear suspension arms are. And i should have
indented about mid paragraph...didnt mean to bad mouth losi. Sorry about
that.

Isky, I'm sorry I was so harsh, but I HAD to get your attention. I also had to make sure everybody knows that such bashing is not OK. It's cool to have your opinion, but sometimes you need to hold back. The most important thing to do is to be fair to everybody while you get your opinion across. You see, I honestly think that ****** and ******* (um, censored :)) kits are crap (for the most part) when compared to upper-level R/C machines, but I don't go around blabbing it and oppressing others' opinions and views. I try to be fair.

Seriously though, dude. Do you honestly think that about Losi kits? I REALLY don't understand how you could think that. I absolutely LOVE the design of my XXXT and consider it a work of art. You have your opinion, and I have mine, but I can't bring myself to defend my views and state my opinions against such unfair arguments. A lot of the time you turn the discussion in a sour direction, and I just don't want to be a part of it. We can agree to disagree, but let's be fair to eachother's thoughts.

One of the biggest reasons I feel so strongly about what you're saying is that we all can have such a major influence to newcomers to R/C. I disagree with your views, but that's besides the point. The truth is that most of the BB is made up of newbies that are very impressionable, and what we say is what they learn. You see what I'm getting at, don't you?

In conclusion, let's just play it fair, OK? Blatantly bad-mouthing a defenseless product is NOT fair and shouldn't be done. State your opinion honestly and in a way that is sensitive to others and their stuff, which they just might happen to idolize (we all tend to do that sometimes). I think I've said enough...

See ya,

Nairb

I too think that badmouthing another make or product is not cool :( All the manufacturers from Accociated to Zenoa must be doing something right in the making of there products because if they really were "crap" then they would go out of buisness because noone would buy them. It is ok to express your personal opinion on a product based on personal experience, but remember this, no mater how hard a company tries to make "the best product" there are so many variables in the manufacturing process that every once in a while a "lemon" will roll off the line. Something will never be everything to everybody, so lets try to use this BB for technical discussions and helpfull advice, not stone throwing.
"but that is just my opinion, I could be wrong"

okay, I have to admire that. I'm glad you guys are man enough to apologize to each other instead of continuing the argument in your computer chairs. I don't think we should openely bash a product, and when we show a weakness in a product be tactful about it. I searched through the records and found some threads started by some guy on the TC3 and all he did was openly bash the car for all these things that I feel were his fault since he didn't know what he was doing. An example of a good discussion of weakness are the more recent Green Machine 3 threads where people came together and had one obvious common problem, but didn't ***** about it they stated the problem and said if anyone else has the problem please post. Anywho to make this thread short, oops too late, I commend you guys for shaking hands so to speak and apologizing. my hat is off to you both.

Thanks John...its just that lately nothing has been working right for me. All of my electronics are getting messed up...my mc330cr stopped working, my Trinity Sanyo 3000mah batteries have several bad cells, my motor melted, my receiver wire was cut in two places, the front plate on my T3Ft bent, my top plate broke twice, my bulkhead was stripped, and my RRP Spur gear got chewed up. Thats not exactly cheap equipment...I've just had some bad luck, and i guess I was just insecure about the XXX-T.
Sorry for my wrong doing guys...

XXXER,
as of posting this I have four, count em, four five star votes on my name, and you have only THREE count em THREE votes and one isn't a five!!!!! lol j/k, some of you guys have been on here a long time, and I'm grateful for your hard work to bring this to where it is so I can get on and talk to fellow hobbyists. I, until just recently was unaware there was even such a place, and then I had to borrow a friend of mines email address to register for it. something about giving an ISP address, but I'm in college and don't use an ISP I use a wireless modem and didn't get an isp name. :-( no one on here would tell me how to get a name to post with so I had to borrow someone elses and list my yahoo one for people to post on. anyway, my hats off to all of you who have been around a long time and have helped make this board what it is today. thanks for the efforts all.

Oh, I guess you're right, Steve. You've still got me (on this BB at least).

Yeah, I have 13 votes and I'm still at 4 stars. I guess some people don't like my tell it like it is philosiphy or something. Hey, I try to help as much as I can, and I think I succeed most of the time... Who's whining anyway? I don't really mind having 4 stars anyway. I'm not opposed to 5, though... :D
