How do I tell what size body I need for my car. I've seen them designated as 190mm or 200mm. What do these numbers stand for?

What kinda car do you run? For the most part electrics run 190mm and Nitros and electric rallys run 200mm. The numbers correspond to the width of the car.

It's for a Kyosho Impress F1 car. I'm looking to put a GTP style body on it. I'm tired of bending tie rods, since its open wheel.
