What happened between Losi and Trinity?

I recently read about this. Not much to add, but Ernie was talking about how sad it is that it never happened. Sounds to me like Losi got a much better deal from Horizon. Doesn't matter really, Trinity and Losi still have a lot in common as far as racing goes. So... they are still a "team" for now. :)

Ok you guys are gonna have to clue me in here. When I left the hobby the big news was the Losi/Trinity merger. Now I read in all the Losi adds that they are a division of Horizion Hobby.

What happened here. Was there fallout between Ernie and the Losi's?
