How long to dry?

I just bought some Team Kinwald tire glue, and I put it on some new tires of mine, and it is still wet from a day ago. Whats up with that, is it supposed to do that? Any of your thoughts would be helpful! http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/smile.gif

Sure you didn't buy the Kinwald glue-remover? Same bottle. CA shouldn't take more than a few minutes to set up and not more than an hour to fully cure. I'd take the bottle back to the shop and get a new one.
