How long to dry?

I just bought some Team Kinwald tire glue, and I put it on some new tires of mine, and it is still wet from a day ago. Whats up with that, is it supposed to do that? Any of your thoughts would be helpful! http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/smile.gif

The glue should be dry in less than 30 minutes, even it you apply it heavily. Try heating the glue with a hair dryer to see if that helps. It shouldn't take that long to dry.
