B3, B4 Rim difference?

OK i do know that there is a difference in the offset but I have 2 B3's and a few sets of tires. If i bought a B4 could i use these rims/tires? front and rear?

they do fit but it makes the car to wide to race legally and the car would drive somewhat differently.. fine to play practice or bash but racing is probably out
