Oh man havent you read the (about 1million) other topics this same as this and what happens with them? All these studip topics do is cause fights between goofs that post crap about which is better. NONE of either are better, they are both the same. It all depends on your driving and which 1 you prefer. If your wondering what I drive, its a Losi XXX buggy, I'm not commenting on which brand is better because I have never driven a AE B3. SteveP delet this thread if the arguement starts please. ;)
I drive AE.. I have never driven a losi product, but from what I can 'see' at my local hobby shop.. When I look at what I have (FT RC10GT), and then look at the XXXNT (losi).. The losi doesnt look like it's made as well. But the losi has better brakes and sreeting... I'll give it that.. other than that I like the GT better.. It's all about what you like.. IMO losi is a fad because all of the top drivers got mad cash to drive losi products.. Give the same driver a B3 and he will still win the race..

I cant tell you witch is better!
there both great buggies and fly,
i had great expereince with both.
Whatever you get you cant go wrong, just make a choice on parts supply and Guys that own that car at the track, so they can help you with your tuning.
I say you go with a tamiya grasshopper, oya :D
Hey you dissin grasshoppers http://www.angelfire.com/nj3/quadpics/_0035.jpg I Happen to like mine :D

like another said, check for parts availability at your local LHS's and maybe try and drive each one.
Ive never driven an associated or losi truck..
but i am fond of AE from back in the rc10 days like the mid-late 80's

Okay from what I have gathered from reading all the threads on this particular topic this is what I have found, and someone correct me if I'm wrong, I want the right info always ;-). I don't drive either companies offroad vehicles, I actually drive a rustler which IMO is a great truck to start with, but I would move up. I am looking to get an FT T3 to go with my FT TC3. Bottom line that I have seen is parts availability and driving style. some have told me that losi works well with a laid back casual driving style, and AE likes the in control cut and thrust driver. I love my car, and would certainly buy another one, but will wonder if I'm missing something in Losi. Go to the tracks, pick the drivers brains, maybe get a few test spins in cars, and then make your choice, you will love them both I guaruntee it. later

both companies cars drive well...but one makes hideously ugly cars(no offense, but those of you who have seen Losi cars know what I mean). If you didn't catch that,Losi makes ugly cars...Whenever I look at a Losi XXX-T I feal like hurling. The suspension arms, the ugly chassis layoutAAAHHHHH!!!!! Ugly...I bught a T3 FT, and this car was beutiful...not those crooked suspension arms, or cheap construction. But it was made by the real working guy...AE. I gotta tell ya...people are happy with their cars only when they are aestheticly pleasing. What good is a car that is ugly, and therefor makes it a chore to wrench on? Ive noticed that people buy what appeals to the eye...Buy the products which look good, and you will be happy by the results.

SHHHHMMMMMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK!!!!!!!!
Take that!
How's a big old trout across the face feel, punk!?
Damned immature kids... What makes you think you can say that kind of crap, Isky? I've had it with this extremely rude behavior. Folks, there's a reason this idiot only has 2 stars. If everybody was honest, the prick would only have one...
Sorry Administrators, but I don't think this wasn't warranted. If I had it my way, I'd ban him for a while to teach him a lesson...
Sorry, but I refuse to give my honest & fair advice in the same thread as this garbage. It just wouldn't be worth it.

I like the Losi XXX-NT better than the GT because it steers better and is more stable. Like n20 said, the winner of a race with one car would have done just as well with a different one (B3 or XXX). Its all in the driver. If you aren't that good the car won't make much difference at all. If you are quite good, the one you like more will be faster. With the perfect setup they are the same.
