I found that going around to various Aircraft Repair Shops works. In most cases someone will have pieces that they consider as Scrap, that are plenty big enough to make a chassis, shock towers, and a few other parts. I've bought pieces big enough to build all of that for 5 to 10 bucks.

"Where can I buy some..." Well, if you're that lonely, you should be able to find plenty of h00kers in Florida's bigger cities, especially Miami... I can't give you any recommendations, though... ;)

I bought graphite panels from them and they are great to work with.

I use a dremel and a big pile of dust masks.
That graphite dust is nasty, nasty, nsaty. Be careful no matter the method you use !
