dynos

i was just reading an article on the rum runner's site about electric motor dynos. seeing as how i like building gadgets, i'm thinking about making one pretty much just for grins. what about hooking the ESC into it also? that way you could see how the esc is going to work at different settings. looking for stuff like heat and what not, or maybe even comparing different esc's. i think that having the motor hooked up to the esc during testing will make the numbers more practical as you can see the whole picture.

That'd be a good way to power any lights on your model, free energy....

Got to be better than nothing, could re-route the dyno to trickle back into the battery to give you a little extra also...

I know it's not gonna be perpetual motion but every little helps ..
