How To Put Mirrors On Body?

Can someone please give me a tip or two as to how I could attach side mirrors to the lexan body? Also, what kind of accessories do I need for this little project? Thanks.

CA glue and mirrors ;) They wont last through a rollover though...

Actually, that's where it helps to know some guys who own Tamiya cars. They include mirrors on many of their kits & body sets, so you could either buy a body of theirs, or ask some Tamiya owners if they could spare the mirrors off theirs(they'd also have some mounting hardware, all you'd need to do is drill a hole for each mirror)..... :)

any of the kits that include mirrors have a solid mounting base on the front side and are usually held with an o-ring and lock-nut (ala Kyosho. this is secure but has some give to it too.

i'v got a TLO1 (tamiya) came with a porche 911 body with side mirrors order them from your lhs (local hobby shop) they should only be like $5 at the most and there held on by small E clips inside the body drill a hole drop um in and clip they have never fallin off just make sure its a snug fit then u'll be cruzin with ur new body lookin like ====> :cool:
