I have a T3 and there is a lot of slop in the steering bellcranks. How can I get rid of it or atleast make it less sloppy.

Make sure everything is properly tightened/snugged up, if the parts are sloppy because they're worn just buy new replacement parts. Often steering slop is cause by the ballcups and/or ballstuds wearing out. Make sure your servo horn is completely tightened on the servo. You're always going to have some slight amount of slop in the steering, at least with the wheels at full left/right.

I have got new ball cups and suspention arms. Everything is tight so I guess there is nothing else I can do. I just thought that maybe something was wrong with my bell cranks.

Is it the regular t3? If so, the bushings are probably worn out, or they wore out the posts or bellcranks.

It is a regular T3. I have seen some bellcrank ball bearings. Should I go with them? My truck is 2 years old.

Those might help a little bit but probably the slop is in your servo.
