What is an appropriate air pressure for an airbrush spraying Pactra PC paints?

About 25psi?

Thanks!!

Use whatever air pressure works for you. Not all regulators are the same. As a rule of thumb, pactra and Spazstix paint can be sprayed around 20-30# and a little higher for Faskolors because it is thicker. Some people turn air all the way down to 10-15 for fine details.

There is no one setting. It all depends on what type of airbrush your using, what type of paint your spraying, what type of effect your trying to achieve and the compressor equipment your using. I would start at about 40 PSI. and adjust from there. Only practice and experience will give you the answer your looking for.

I'm just talking about spraying a basic one or two-colour non-metallic body with some Pactra PC bottled paints. Any "special effects" will just be masked w/ Liquid Mask. I have a base model Badger airbrush and a pretty healthy air compressor that does not have a reservoir tank.

Thanks!!
