hey guys,
i just thought i'd share some pictures of my 2nd body! I was actually surprised how well i did it...its a 200mm HPI Toyota Supra, i used the following perma rattle cans : Matallic Black, Competition Orange, Flurescent Orange and a blue i forgot the name.
Tell me what you think as my 2nd body! My first was a BMW M3 with 2 color job.

I agree, the first one has a really nice race design while the m3 is cool looking...they are both great but i like m3 better since i don't really like cars with lots of color

Two of my favorite cars to paint, the supra and the m3. Nice work. I really like the scheme on the supra. That's one car that I have always wanted to use as a show car, just never got around to it.

thanks guys! Im really happy with both of them as well. I really wanna take the supra outside and get some shots but its too cold and too much snow.
I also need to get my black 5 spoke rims on the supra cause it looks awsome with them...i had them on the BMW but i guess those pics i took were with my bashing wheels tires lol the 5 spokes are kinda my for show rims/tires lol

i just realised that i dont have a glow starter hole :p

A lil more practice with the x-acto should do the trick ;)

haha TRF you are right. I can cut straight lines pretty good but anything that gets a bit harder gets a but jaggedy, and them cooling holes arent so great either. But i guess that will come with practice.

I like the Supra. Simple, flowing, and sharp looking paint job. Definitely practice a bit with the xacto. Don't push so hard on the blade, and go nice and slow. Also, back your yellow with white. It'll make all the other colors really jump out.

Cooling holes aren't tough either. If you're like me and don't have a circle cutter, pay the 2 bucks for the circle stencil. Trace out your circle, cut it out reasonably, and finish things up with the sanding attachment on your dremel. If you don't have a dremel, get a circle cutter. :D

thanks, for the next body i shall get a circle cutter. I guess this happened so bad cause with the bmw i used a compass to mark out a 2" circle and then i cut to it but with this one i forgot about that trick so it came out a bit messed up lol
