NiMh Problem

I have a Hobbico Aero Cruiser and it uses a 7 cell 1300mah NiMh battery. I use a duratrax pirahna charger. the pack has been sitting for over a year and now when i charge it, it only has a enough juice to turn the prop fast enough to move the plane for about 30 seconds before it gets really weak. Do I need a new battery? or is the charger not working right? Any ideas?

Hi,
Sometimes a NIMH battery loses it's capacity sitting around discharged. Frequently, charging and discharging a couple of times can fix that. Does the battery feel warm at the end of the charge? If it stays completely cool, it may be a problem with the charger.
