RC racing history? [Archive] - Radio Control Zone

For a power point presentaion in computer class I am researching the history of rc cars. I have looked everywhere, but I can't find anything that isn't biased(written by a company soley about their products). Do any of you know where I can find some information?

lol i did this same thing last year (8th grade) but i just used the biased stuff. I used multiple company's things and tried to sift through it for the good stuff.

I've been looking for the same thing, the closest I get is Mike Meyer's Starting Grid Message Board (http://www.rc-racing.com/cgi-bin/backtalk). It's one of the first RC related discussion boards on the net. There's an RC history "forum" there but nothing directly related (that you can copy and paste and hand in.) :D
