Paint

I just bought an old Kyosho Viper of of ebay because it was cheap and I thought it woluld be a good boat to pratice paintig with. But I dont know what type of paint to use. Is the paint I use to air brush my rc truck bodies ok. If so then how do I get a gloss coat?
otherwise could I use Krylon form ACE Hardwhare

You can use the lacquer-based R/C car paint on the ABS hull-to get it shiny you'll have to put clear coat over it. The Krylon will also work but no matter what paint is used you'll need to clean the plastic and sand it to keep the finish on the hull.
