View Full Version : Faskolor Translucent Paints?

Anyone used these new Translucent paints yet from Parma in the Faskolor family? Are they sort of see through or just a semi different color then the fasflourescent colors or whats the deal can you see through them, why would I wanna do that? Tower has some in stock I didn't order any though I'll stick with the flourescent colors for now...

You can back them with other colors to achieve different effects. Backing them with chrome would yeild an anodized metal effect, for instance...

Ahhh sounds cool sort of like spaztix hard metal colors, that seems like a good idea have to try that sometime, the chrome was out of stock, I guess my next order I'll get a few of them thanks, I wonder if there chrome will stick any better then other brands.

I like transparent colors a lot more than others. You can build up color gradually and get nice shading effects. Also, as was mentioned up there, you can back them with chrome, pearl silver, other colors etc and you'll get several different cool effects. Opaque colors are typically thicker and more diificult to spray and the resulting color is usually more dull.
