T3 setup, 14*2 ESP or stock?

I was wondering is a 14 turn 2 wind ESP motor to much for my t3 with 1500 sanyo NiCD packs?

OR should I just my mad science (27T Stock) motor I got with the tower combo

The 14x2 motor will certainly give you more speed and power, but it will drain your battery much quicker. The 27T motor will have less speed and power, but the battery will last longer. Just be sure to change the pinion gear when you change motors. For example, the proper pinion gear for the 27T motor would cause the 14T motor to overheat and burn up very quickly. You may also want to consider upgrading your battery to something close to 3000 mAh. Even one of the new 2400 packs would provide a respectable increase in run time.
